Turn Your Tax Dollars Into a Stronger Workforce
The CCTCP gives local businesses an opportunity to invest in affordable homeownership for their employees and other members of the workforce while earning a valuable tax rebate

You Decide How Your Tax Dollars Are Spent!
Turn Your Florida Tax Dollars Into Homes, Hope, and Opportunity
Partner with Habitat St. Johns through the Community Contribution Tax Credit Program (CCTCP) and receive a refund of up to $200,000 annually based on taxes paid and your commitment.
How It Works:
Florida-based businesses that collect and remit state sales and use taxes can make contributions that go directly to constructing homes, and the businesses may receive a 100% tax refund of their cash donation through sales tax paid to the state—up to $200,000 every year.
Through a partnership with the State of Florida, this tax credit can be used for sales tax, insurance tax, or corporate income tax for up to 5 years. CCTCP program provides a tax credit incentive to encourage Florida businesses to make donations and volunteer toward workforce housing projects.
Full Home Sponsorship: Contribute up to $200,000 toward the construction of affordable homes, volunteer 200 hours through teambuilding workdays, and receive a 100% tax refund of your cash donation based on your sales tax submitted over the last 12 months.
Cash Donation Options: Starting at $10,000 to assist with the construction of a new affordable home, you can receive 50% of that donation refunded based on sales tax submitted over the last 12 months.
