Gather copies of all required documentation from the checklist and deliver it to our office at 7 Hopkins St., St. Augustine, FL 32084 between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Please pay online at the link below. We can accept a money order or cashiers check at our office which can be included with your documentation. The application fee is $18 which goes to pay for the credit check. No cash or personal checks.
