Cypress Village will be a 17-home neighborhood located on the northwest corner of W. King Street Extension and N. Clay Street in West Augustine. Habitat St. Johns is currently well into the designing and planning stages. Infrastructure design and permitting has been completed.

Cypress Village will begin in September 2026 with home construction starting in early 2027.

Habitat St. Johns is actively seeking additional land to continue building affordable communities for local families.

Habitat St. Johns invites private and public partners to collaborate, including through the Florida Live Local Act. Together we can accelerate site work, leverage funding, and expand opportunity. The organization’s goal is to build 30 homes per year. Habitat St. Johns is the only local builder consistently delivering quality, single-family homes for under $300,000.

King’s Crossing is a very exciting 75-home development for Habitat St. Johns. It will be our most ambitious project yet! The property is connected to the Solomon Calhoun Center in West Augustine and will be more varied than our previous developments.

King’s Crossing is in the early design phase, but the plan is to make this a very special neighborhood with varying home designs to appeal to a broader range of homebuyers and possible walking trails through the preserved land.
